Our customers are asking what features are we working on. So we decided to write a blog post to let you know what are the latest updates and what is coming.

In the past couple months we have added couple major features and some smaller nice-to-have fixes. The major features are about adding AI features to Bid Evaluations and Contracts. We have made a custom workflow which sends RFQ and BID information for Anthropic Claude AI and asks for evalution and recommendations. AI response is then saved with the Bid and can be viewed by all participants. Second AI features is done for the contract documents. A contract draft can be sent to AI for evaluating the legal and commercial aspects of it. AI will then give feedback about the changes recommended for the contract before signing it.

We have also spend time on testing the new EspoCRM platform releases. New versions need to be compatible with the installed extensions, all the workflows and customizations that have been done for the software.

We also have a new extension installed. This extension creates a new field type, an action button. So now workflows and popup pages can be called with a click of a button which makes the page processes more user friendly.

In the near future, we are looking into online market places for punchout features. This integration would allow user to include product URLs directly from Amazon product search in their Requisitions.
